The only limitation is that applications made available in the Android
Market prior to August 1 are ineligible. You may certainly make your
application available for free or paid on the Android Market after
August 1. Be aware, however, that the application submitted to the
challenge itself will be freely available to all Android users who
download the Challenge judging application to try their application on
the phone for scoring purposes.
