Goggled for Android EULA ... found nothing conclusive. Curious about how other devs thoughts ...
Is this up to the developer? Is there some sort of umbrella EULA for the Android Market? Given the international nature of the market, etc ... realistically, what is the recourse and how much protection does a EULA for an Android app really offer?
