NetDragon (Chinese name : 网龙) is a well-known company in east China, which mainly develops game software on mobile platform. Because China is a large market, and mobile game is more and more popular now, China mobile and China unicom will lunch gphone for 3G, many software companies need more products in short time. So they want to translate some foreign games into Chinese. Don't worry about that.
