I noticed in the terms of use that it said all members of the team must conform to the terms of use, and that part of conforming to the terms of use was being of the legal age of majority to sign contracts. It would seem that this means minors can't be members of a team.
However, I also noticed that later on it said that the entry could not contain any material that the contestant didn't have a right to use. This suggests that the entry *could* contain material that the contestant didn't write, but got permission to use. This in turn seems to mean that a team of minors could make a project, then turn it over to an adult (possibly one of their parents) to enter.
