I was having that problem. I had to wipe my phone and reinstall the OS. I tried the following before doing that: - Kill every background procress - Have at least 10MB free of ram - Restart the phone. - Clear browser cache, etc.
It was still working like crap so I had to wipe and reinstall. One thing I'm still wondering. The phone said to have 10MB or less free RAM before the wipe, although I'm sure I had more.
