I need original signalling during calling setup. The signalling from
BCCH,SDCCH,TCH or LAPDm.
The example of the message is immediate Assignment, Data Request.
I can get the state from android.telephony.PhoneStateListener. But it
is not what I want to get.

It looks like that Android has not open the interface to catch
signaling.
Is it right?
