Because ADP1 doesn't show *PROTECTED* apps. Pick a custom firmware and use that instead. Also, some apps are targeted by location, which means that if the app is targeted to somewhere you are NOT, you won't see it. You can get around the latter possibility using a program (not on market) called "Market Enabler".
