Seems like you should have started a new thread as this appears to be entirely unrelated to anything previously mentioned in this thread.
I suggest plugging in to USB and doing an "adb logcat" to see what errors are spit out when these problems occur. There may be some common element that can be easily fixed. Otherwise, the simplest advise is to wipe the /data partition and start over (though this does, of course, have the downside of clearing everything you have in there).
