The phone has all the bands to work on almost every network.  There is
something up with ATT or the firmware of the phone.  I havn't been
able to figure out which yet, but its the same thing with sending
MMS.  When I had a BB without data plan I couldn't send MMS, but after
a firmware upgrade it started working.  If that's what the case is
with the 3G i guess well just have to wait till the google guys figure
it out.
