Chill. Piracy is a constant thing you'll have to deal with if you are developing and selling your software. There is NOTHING you can do to stop it. As soon as you get it removed from the file host, someone will upload it again, maybe even in the same place, and no amount of emailing to the file host will stop those who are sharing it, and there is nothing your lawyer can do about it except charge you for writing the same letters that you are writing yourself.
And regarding bringing the site down... don't waste your time. It'll just pop up somewhere else the next day.
