I do not know if there is a definitive list anywhere. Generally speaking, the closed source components fall into two categories: 1. Applications that Google ships as proprietary code rather than part of the open source project. Google Maps and the Android Market are the two big examples. 2. Device drivers and applications that device manufacturers include on their devices.
