But I have the speech recognition, even in french (not french speech recognition but english speech recognition when my locales are in FR) When I bought my phone, speech recognition was not present and it appears after some time but I could not identify the reason. I suspect maybe an installation or an update of some google application (Maps, Browser maybe which use speech recognition...)
