I just installed your app. I see what they're complaining about, and I
tend to agree with the complaints.

Keeping a FLAG_ONGOING_EVENT *while you are playing music* makes perfect
sense. However, if I pause, that Notification should get canceled, so it
goes away. In other words, you may wish to follow the pattern the users
may be used to from the built-in media player, StreamFurious, and
similar apps. If you really think it is a compelling feature, at least
make it user-toggle-able via a preference.

As it stands right now, if you run your app *once*, that Notification
seems like it will be there until:

-- You force-close the app
-- You uninstall the app
-- You reboot your phone, remove the battery, attack your phone with a
sledgehammer, etc.
-- Ragnarok (at which point, the issue becomes rather moot)

Certainly, it is not obvious how you make that Notification go away by
any other means.
