Judging by those specs, android would really be pushing it. It might
be possible to make it work, but it would be a really bad experience.
The main problem is in the RAM. 32 MB just isn't enough. For example,
HTC DREAM has 192, of which something about 90 is available to Android
and the rest is given off to the radio and graphics hardware. Even
with that much RAM, most people feel restricted by it. The way that
android works is that when an application takes up ram and there isn't
any available, it will kill other (inactive) processes, so with that
amount of RAM, I'm sure it would kill everything the first app it
loaded, probably even kill some important core processes before even
loading the application launcher. It may not even be able to load the
application launcher.

The CPU is a bit slow, but not really a problem. It is definitely
compatible.
The internal storage at 70 MB is small -- it could take the android
OS, but not much else (again, DREAM is considered small at 256) -- you
would definitely need to use an SDCARD/hack for application and data
storage.
The display is very small, the assumed minimum resolution is 320x480
-- twice your 240x320. It might work, but it wouldn't be nice.

... the point I was making about the driver source is this; most phone
hardware manufacturers are known for being extremely tight about
source. In fact, I know of precisely two phone manufacturers who have
provided the driver source -- HTC has provided source for DREAM and
MAGIC, and OpenMoko (and that was the whole purpose of openmoko from
the get go). The chances of getting driver source for any nokia phone
is extremely slim.

Some community-driven porting projects exist, but I am not aware of
any outside of HTC hardware (i.e. similar enough to HTC DREAM to
reduce the project size to something manageable).

My suggestion is this; with the amount of work it would take to port
android to that hardware, you would be better off keeping up with your
day job to earn the money to buy a device that is already working with
android (HTC DREAM, HTC MAGIC, HTC HERO, OpenMoko, etc.)
