Now that the judging has started, I was wondering if Google can throw
us a bone and tell us how many apps were submitted, similar to the
announcement in ADC1 (http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2008/04/
android-developers-have-risen-to.html). Category breakdown would be a
plus, but keeping us guessing would be fun too *evil laugh*. Some
people have posted their predictions that the number of submissions
will be lower than ADC1 (http://www.androidguys.com/2009/08/26/adc2-
challenging-predictions/), while others have predicted higher (I
remember reading it somewhere but can't find the link).
