When I went from AT&T to T-Mobile on my Dev Phone, I found that if I
have the "use wireless locations" setting enabled then my wifi
connection keeps dying.  As soon as I disable that, it works fine and
wifi stays connected.

This happened to me using both 1.5 and 1.6 (using the HTC installs).
