Out of interest, how many people here would be interested in a port of
Android to the "old" Archos 5 (i.e the non-Android one they released
in 2008)?

The reason I'm asking is that there is work being done on opening the
Archos bootloader for their generation 6 devices (that's the old
Archos 5 and Archos 7 which you can get reasonably cheaply these
days), which could open the door to installing Android on it, but if
no-one is really going to be using it there doesn't seem a lot of point.

Al.

P.S. The actual porting conversion will go on in -porting, at the
moment it's a "float the idea and see what happens" discussion.
