Assuming this is all correct - as far as Android is concerned, the obvious question is whether it will have an impact on the Maps API Terms of Service (ToS). Anybody at Google willing to share if we can expect modifications, in particular to allow turn-by-turn instructions and apps that support the business use of sensor-based/map-based apps (for logistics purposes, for instance)?
