That is not the case in the Arab world
i have 600 contact all stored in Arabic
i send around 20-40 SMS a day and most if not all are in Arabic
only emails are 50% English 50% Arabic
English for work related, Arabic for family and friends

it would be a torture for me if i was forced to write in a third party
app, copy, paste then send every SMS :-(
