Hello, I've updated my google ion to 1.6 manually. Everything worked ok until I saw menu item Settings -> About phone -> System updates. I have here: "Android update 1.6, requires a restart, 20.0 MB" and description, saying about all updates in 1.6 compared to 1.5. And the Download button at the bottom.
I thought this is weird to have update to 1.6 while already having 1.6 but decided to try it. After updating (not sure if it actually happened, but I had no errors and restarted as I was told) the update wasn't removed from "system updates". This was second weird thing. Then, for 3 days already something was eating my 3g traffic heavily, I've lost all my money on mobile account supposed for a month in just 3 days (thanks God I cant go below zero). Today Ive spent all day in research, with help of Wireshark I've caught the traffic eater: 74.125.87.113 HTTP GET /updates/opal/signed-opal-DRC92-from- COC10.1c95e995.zip HTTP/1.1 This file is maniacally downloaded to my phone every 1.5h for 3 days already! This is the 3rd and most weird thing. Someone, please help me to get rid of this crazy system update!!!
