I'm with Hong on this one. With the pathetically small 325-char limit, a good change log just won't fit. I've considered adding a "What's New" dialog to my app, but by that time you've already installed it - a bit late to find out that you didn't need to because the update doesn't affect you. Also, this "What's New" dialog would also be shown to new users installing for the first time, and they really don't need to see it. At some point, I'll put a full changelog on my app's own website, but so far I've been too busy *making* the changes to list them nicely.
