There are a number of mechanisms available for you to collect exception
details from remote devices. Some are integrated into analytics packages
(e.g., Flurry). Some are independent
(http://github.com/CarmenD/DroidDrop--Remote-Logging). Pick one, add it
to your app, distribute an update, and see what you learn.

It is possible the problem is different devices. It is possible the
problem is different ROMs. It is possible the problem is multilingual
input via soft keyboards, or proxy servers, or sequence of user actions,
or background processes consuming too much CPU, or any number of other
things.

Collect more data, come up with conclusive evidence of the source of
your problems, *then* cast blame.
