Just a couple of things re: you bullet list: 1. To set a separate ring tone, select the contact, bring up the menu, select options, and choose a ringtone. 2. Not using exchange - can't comment. 3. I would like to message people from the facebook app also. Don't know why that wasn't done. 4. I think the shutter sound has something to do with privacy concerns. 5. gmail allows you to undelete if you react within the time limit that you set in the gmail settings (on the web). Not everyone likes to be asked "Are you sure?" everytime they delete an email. I know I don't.
