Personally, I'm impressed by how well Google has rolled the Android Market
out. I would very much prefer no bugs, but I'm a software developer so I
know better than to ask for that. I would also like to see it available in
all countries, but I suspect that will come as they figure out how to handle
the payment models in each.

Piracy is my largest complaint, although, we have our own solution and have
not yet decided whether to implement it. Is it worth a little more hassle
for our users and a few more support calls to cut the piracy? At key points
during our development (after some updates) we've been able to tell that as
much as 50% of our users (using our servers) had pirated software.

Consequently, we've also noticed that while they are not gone, the support
calls saying "The app won't download" have gone way down in the last few
months, even as sales have gone up. The few we've seen have been spread
across networks (Droid, MyTouch, etc.). Another note on this topic: the
testing we did in our area showed T-Mobile's network to have higher average
bandwidth than Verizon, but of course that's probably more from use than
anything.
