I've noticed that the judging app is doing some very goofy things lately. I judged Pocoro no less than 8 times yesterday. My guess is that there were a certain number of apps that got skipped alot for whatever reason, and Google has bumped up their priority in the judging . I'm surprised that I got to judge the same app so many times though. If Google is just trying to reach some magic number of ratings per app, having people judge the same app more than once seems like a fairly contrived and questionable way of accomplishing that goal. I suppose it could just be a bug in the judging app too.
