Upload2Flickr is up-to-dated to 0.9.9. I fixed the issue 2 & 3 from Stephen, really thanks him. But I cannot reproduce the issue 1 on my phone (HTC Magic). And the beta version expire date is changed to Feb 10, 2010. Enjoy :)
