Hi, Can an installable application (3rd party application) send commands directly to RILD to configure and activate Cell Broadcast channel (3GPP TS 23.041), so that it can listen for CB messages; Or only internal internal framework (telephony) process can do that? Notice that I know that 3rd party RIL already implements the required commands.
