I just bought a Motorola Milestone in Switzerland and have the same problem. I have been looking for voice search everywhere since I use it a lot on my iPhone but nada. I am particularly surprised this is not available on Android 2.0 since I had it in Android 1.5 on my old G2. Besides, I have also been looking for a native Android facebook app (which I had heard it was published in September) but there isn't any in the Android Market.
