I second this. When listing the top free or paid apps the ordering makes no
sense. Lots of apps with practically no downloads and bad ratings are
displayed a lot higher then more established apps with high ratings and
downloads. There are of course some really good apps at the top but I don't
think

It's the same way when searching.
