I have a car stereo and a pair of wireless headphones that use the
A2DP inteface to play hifi music via bluetooth. The play/stop (and
other car/headset controls) always control a single application
("Music" application on Motorola Doid with Android 2.0.1). I have
other applications that are audio/video based on the phone and when
using these apps they also will control via the remote inteface. The
problem occurs when stopping/starting the music/video on this
application in the forground. If I start the music from the remote
device, the forground application starts playing AND the "Music"
application (apparently open in background) also starts playing. Have
I configured something incorrectly on my phone? I want only the
application in the forground to get the remote control from the
bluetooth headphones/car interface. If no application is running in
the forground then assuming that I want "Music" as a default
application to initiate when my headphones/car send a "play" command
would be OK.
