Serdar, Google have some stringent requirements for getting approval, and, if you're lucky, someone from Google may be able to start the ball rolling for you.
If you'd like to use an alternative for Market whilst you go through the process please feel free to use the AndAppStore client. We worked with Koolu to create a version of the client which catered for the FreeRunners lack of hardware back, home, and menu buttons, so you should find it works well on your distribution.
