So I've tried a few HIIT - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-intensity_interval_training - apps but I'm not really happy with them. My question: Is there an app that ups/downs the volumes of MP3s by a user defined percentage for work/rest periods? That would be perfect for my HIIT sessions!
Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haSljTB1wZM 1. Make a playlist or add a folder/album to the player 2. Warm-up period for easy jogging (user-defined value) 3. HIIT starts! 3.1. Volume is at 50% (pick value in settings) for 2 minutes (pick value in settings) 3.2. Volume is at 80% (pick value in settings) for 45 seconds (pick value in settings) 3.3. Volume is at 50% (pick value in settings) for 2 minutes (pick value in settings) 3.4. Volume is at 80% (pick value in settings) for 45 seconds (pick value in settings) 3.5. Volume is at 50% (pick value in settings) for 2 minutes (pick value in settings) 3.6. Volume is at 80% (pick value in settings) for 45 seconds (pick value in settings) etc. after X cycles (pick value in settings) the HIIT is over... 4. Cool down etc. Is there such an app or could someone code it? That would be awwweeesome! :) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
