It's not about special characters, Mark. It's about the on-screen-keyboard
being usable at all. The thing is that the predictive part is based on a
dictionary. I want to switch that dictionary on-the-fly, like it can be done
on the iPhone. It seems on Android that means I have to go to settings and
change my Locale which is really not a practical solution.
