| Its' being developed in China so it'll most likely have multi-touch, and if you want to buy it and import it into the US then that's up to you. US patents don't mean a block on functionality, it just means US citizens are left without it. All you need do is look at how the Motorola Droid has multi-touch included outside the US (which is probably why it was given the name Milestone, so the two versions could be differentiated). Al.
