Yesterday I had an order for a new product and I see that about 15
minutes later the order was canceled. My problem is with the wording of
the transactions. The first message in the order history says "You
received a new order..." The message about the cancellation says "You
canceled this order." No, I didn't. I suspect it should say "Customer
canceled this order" and saying the cancellation was requested by phone.
That would make more sense but if the customer called in saying it was
me then Google better put some damn tough security checks in. I don't
know why the customer canceled the order and they are piss poor about
ever telling you. Maybe they were actually trying to "steal" product.
Well I have their name and location if that product starts showing up in
the warez pages.
