I am writing a banking web app to work with smart phones, including HTC android phones. We are setting metatags and HTTP response header data in an attempt to turn off the caching and disallowing a user to use the 'back' option after someone has logged out to view sensitive information. Who can I speak with to better understand how the browser works for Android phones?
