I have now gotten two 1-star reviews and nasty comments from idiot- users who blame me for the fact that after uninstalling my app they still receive update notifications from the market.
It seems obvious from my point of view that I have absolutely no control over this but I am open the suggestion that I have done something wrong. Does someone from Google want to pipe in and tell me how I can avoid this situation? I'm taking a lot of flack for it. What could I have possibly done in the implementation of my app that causes the market to send people update notifications after they uninstall it? What can I change to avoid this?
