First off, don't take it too personal. We all get the idiots who have nothing better to do with their time than complain about something. This is an unfortunate consequence of dealing with any form of customer service. Keep improving your app and eventually the complaints will be buried and overshadowed with praise if you deserve it. Now, what I do to get around the lackluster Market system is to respond to comments in my app with each update. Perhaps the one or two that left negative feedback may never see it but others coming through will and see that you've addressed the problem. This will at least preempt others from posting the same crap and may have nicer users come in with positive feedback for being responsive. And if you're really lucky the ones that left the negative comments may see your response and decide to change their remarks. Good luck. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TreKing - Chicago transit tracking app for Android-powered devices http://sites.google.com/site/rezmobileapps/treking -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
