Unless the hardware on the wimo is virtually identical to some android device, you will probably have a seriously uphill battle with this one. SOME groups of hackers HAVE built android for their wimo devices (most notably some HTC devices), but if that is not the case for yours, then you would be much better off just buying a well supported android device -- the number of hours that it would take even a very experienced platform dev to build android for "some wimo device" with no available open source drivers could NOT be justified. Even a burger king mop boy makes more per hour than you'll net with a project like this.
