Thanks, that shows me that purgeable bitmaps work fine on Incredible.

I found it easiest to trigger an OutOfMemory on a 1.5 emulator, since
1.5 doesn't do purgeables at all.  But the root cause was Google
Analytics leaking an Activity Context, not bitmaps by themselves.
