I appreciated that there is a need for secondary markets like these, since the main Android market only supports paid apps for a few countries. So far I've ignored these requests though. Like other people, I don't want the overhead of supporting them, and I worry about how well they'll keep up to date with new versions of my apps.
Also, all of my current apps are free, which means that 1) people anywhere in the world can get them from the Android market, and 2) I don't really have much to gain from listing them in other markets.
