I am guessing there was some maintenance going on at Google over the weekend. I didn't know about Cyrket (good link BTW), but I did see a discrepancy between the rating on the device (not cached) and on the developer console. I then had issues pushing an update of Last Call Widget (console kept reverting content), before the app became completely impossible for my users to download (losing half a star!).
Everything was fixed by Monday morning though.
