I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but in general the
Apache License allows use of the source code for the development of
proprietary software.

You must:
- include a copy of the license in any redistribution you may make
that includes Apache software;
- provide clear attribution to The Apache Software Foundation for any
distributions that include Apache software.
