How is this lame? You are putting your product on their store. To then
promote your other apps on other stores would be considered lame. This is
very similar in concept to the existing Android Market non-compete clause.

That makes no sense. Where are they going to "add a freaking intent filter
for Market URLs"?
And how would they force the user to NOT go to the Android Market, when
presented with the choice?
