The N1s' handling of Multi-Touch means it's not the closest to spec you can get. If you want to see what I mean try using Google Maps 5 on it and doing the two fingered rotation.
At the moment I primarily use the emulator. The only device I have which handles multi-touch well is the Galaxy Tab, but I am a fan of the N1 and it is my main non-multitouch dependant test device.
