Yes, thanks! That identifies the problem. That is one dangerous app, especially if you decide not to use it!
In Settings / Voicemail Service, My Carrier was selected, and Voicemail settings is live (just the opposite to my wife's phone). I can't turn off the button that selects My Carrier. Is there some magic incantation that's keeping it set, or some way to clear it?
