Ah, ok. It looks like the total of the deposits for the day properly add up to the payout value listed in Google Checkout.
So the numbers are right in total, the problem just seems to be in the text of the deposit, which isn't as alarming. I was worried when I saw a deposit of $2.09, but there was a bigger one that same day.
