Interesting story, everyone. One of my browser windows that was still open finally loaded the page two hours later. I completed the second and third pages of the registration, expecting this to be a rather futile gesture. I then proceeded to Google Checkout and have since received email confirmation for Google I/O. This was at 11:31 PST, two hours after it was supposedly sold out.
I do believe in miracles, so I can accept the above circumstance without any scientific explanation. I'm going after all. Anyone up for the kayak trip?
