Wow, looking on craigslist around here, the best price on a Nexus One is $220. If you can find a Nexus One for $50, then that's the way to go. If not, and if you don't mind a low-end phone, you can always try the LG Optimus V, which is $150 new without a contract. As a bonus you can get a month of service on it for $25, including data, and it runs Android 2.2. I don't know why no one has made an Android equivalent to the iPod Touch; maybe because they all expect tablets to fill that niche?
