You don't. The apps that are part of the firmware are only meant to be
built as part of building the entire firmware.

You are welcome to make modifications to a copy of the calendar code
in hopes of getting it to build with the SDK. This may take a
substantial amount of time and may cause you to get rid of some
functionality.
